Currently, the following is open for employment:
Pinnacle Medical Group is seeking an energetic, self-starter to assist with front office duties on a part-time, 20 hours per week basis. Potential for full time possible. Duties include answering telephones, scheduling patients, obtaining insurance pre-authorizations, and general office duties.
Serious applicants should possess the following:
- Previous medical office experience either in a secretarial or clinical capacity, preferably in a surgical/cosmetic practice.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to be self-directed.
- Competency with office software such as Word and Excel.
